VOLCANO TC CUTTER – volcano tungsten carbide cutter with DLC coating to enhance performance, combined with the high cutting capacity and maximum service life. The DLC protective coating ensures the cutter has a high degree of hardness and a smooth, porosity-free surface. This increases the cutting strength and reduces friction resistance. Resistance to wear and tear is increased and premature fracture of the cutter blades prevented. Ensures an exceptionally fine cutting surface on all the alloys, especially on titanium since the special cut pattern avoids clogging.
